Prosecco Spumante, Lamberti – Veneto, Italy
Refreshing flavours of green apple, pear and citrus, with hints of white flowers.  It’s pale straw yellow with fine and persistent bubbles, and a fresh, crisp taste with balanced acidity and a clean, fruity finish.

Natureo White (Muscat), Torres – Penedes, Spain (vegan)
Torres have been working on reducing alcohol levels in their regular wines, and also producing this alcohol-free example.  Typical Muscat flavours still shine through with grape, kumquat and floral notes.

Natureo Red (Garnacha, Syrah), Torres – Penedes, Spain (vegan)
Showing the same care that they would with any of their wines, a part of this wine is aged in French oak for four to six months prior to de-alcoholisation using the spinning cone technique.  Shows lovely, lively hedgerow fruit on a well-balanced and juicy palate.
