We are not a minimum wage employer

In 2021 we started the process to bring the rates of pay for all members of staff in line with the ‘Real Living Wage’, the only rate calculated on real living costs.  This year we are delighted to be able to say that we have reached our aim of compensating all employees over the age of 23 the Real Living Wage as a minimum entry level rate of pay.

All employees under the age of 23 are now paid up to 35% more than the National Minimum Wage, a real triumph in breaking the stigma of minimum wage in the hospitality sector.

We value the work that our employees do in every job role and we don’t believe in ‘minimum age, minimum wage’ so we believe our comprehensive pay structure fairly compensates all employees.

DUAL SITE NIGHT PORTER

  • £25,000 per annum
  • 11pm to 7am, 40 hours per week

HOTEL DUTY MANAGER

  • £29,000 per annum
  • Rota of 5 days on, 3 days off

SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE

  • £13.00 per hour
  • Permanent, variable hours

EXPERIENCED BAR PERSON

  • £11.50+ per hour, depending on experience
  • Full time, primarily evenings & weekends
