THE SMALL PRINT:

• 2 and 3 night Christmas residential stays arrival on 24th December only
• Children must be sharing with an adult, children aged 2 and under stay free
• £100 deposit per room payable at time of booking
• Full payment due 12th November 2023 (42 days prior)
• Based on 2 sharing a Standard Double or Twin room
• Supplement of £55 per night for single occupancy in a double room
• Cancellations:-
  • Outwith 7 weeks – loss of deposit
  • 4 to 7 weeks – 50% cancellation
  • 1-3 weeks – 80% cancellation
  • Within 7 days – 100% cancellation

Upgrades:
Subject to availability
Classic Double or Twin: £20 per night
River View Classic Double or Twin: £40 per night
The Innes Room: £60 per night

Pets:
We have a limited number of pet friendly rooms.  Subject to availability, please contact us direct to arrange.
A supplement of £10 per dog per night applies. Maximum of 2 dogs per room.
